Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at our online golf apparel store. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

 

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days after order is received.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping labels will be provided to customers at no charge once a return request has been processed
  • Refunds will be provided after the items are returned and verified to be in their original condition

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges will be processed as refunds. Customers will be required to request a refund for the originally purchased product(s) and then reorder the product(s) the desire.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Return shipping labels will be provided to customers at no charge once a return request has been processed

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International Returns:

  • Please include the original packing note.
  • Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund, no exchanges (minus shipping costs).
  • Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit.
  • If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. -We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

International Shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Have Another Golf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
